Sturfer – training device and office chair in one

Sturfer is a new type of training device integrated into an office chair which makes it possible to adjust the working position in a wide range of different positions in order to relieve muscle tension, prevent muscle shortening and improve blood circulation.

According to EP3917362A1 (see Fig. 3 of EP3917362A1), one of the special tricks of the Sturfer is that an upper body section 1 has a chest support 6 for supporting the chest and an abdominal support 7 for supporting the abdomen, which can be pivoted by means of an intermediate joint 8.

Common office chairs of this type do not have a swivel chest and abdominal support that can further relieve the body.
