Romania – EPO accepts "requests for a delay of registration of unitary effect"

As reported here, beginning with September 1st, 2024, the unitary effect with Romania will include 18 EU countries (instead of the previous 17).
To enable applicants to secure this enlarged unitary effect already now, the EPO is allowing delaying of registration of the unitary effect.
